Sat-Sun Nov 21-22, 10 am to 4 pm: Medieval Market in Williams Lake (We will only be there the first day!)
Winter has arrived in Wells and we were able to get out and enjoy (?) it this past weekend. We snowshoed up Mount Murray – snowshoeing and I don’t really get along too well, so Tim had sore ears for most of the journey! I would much rather have been crashing through the trees and shrubs on my skis, but then Tim wouldn’t have been happy and I would have had sore ears! Oh, the wonders of marriage.
We are back into the thick of things starting this weekend – we will be going to the Medieval Market in Williams Lake. That means baking and prepping all day Thursday and Friday. Last year we brought over 300 loaves of bread and over a hundred scones – we sold out by 3 pm on the first day. This year we only plan to be there one day: we will have 10 types of bread for sale, and also Bread Peddler Granola, Spiced Hot Chocolate mix, and a new product: Freshly-Ground Organic Whole-Grain Pancake Mix! The best pancakes you’ve ever eaten!
