This weekend at the Quesnel Farmer’s Market we will have three varieties of scones:
apple-asiago,
nectarine,
and chocolate-ginger.
I am letting you know ahead of time so you have a chance to think long and hard about your choice. But, as always, the best choice is, “One of each, please”!
Our savoury loaf will be Onion and Black Pepper, and we will also have some Rosemary Foccacia. Get to the market early to get your hands on some of that – I have a sneaking suspicion it will go quickly.
Oh, and before you ask, yes, we had snow in Wells this week. There is currently none on the ground. We even look quite cold in this photo from last Saturday:

Tim has been grinning from ear-to-ear for the past two weeks whilst working on his latest project: a taller tall bike, made out of a bed frame. I’m pretty glad it’s built, not because I hope he breaks his arm falling off it, but because I hope he can stop talking about it and start talking about a more worthwhile topic, like his feelings or something.

Tim looks sooo happy! Well done Tim.
